Orgalloy® Resin is a family of patent protected polyamide based thermoplastics alloys.

Orgalloy® Resin has the high performance characteristics of polyamides such as:

  • Toughness
  • Rigidity
  • Low permeability to gases and polar solvents
  • Chemical resistance

with the additional properties of:

  • Low water absorption
  • Good dimensional stability
  • Relatively constant electrical properties

Orgalloy® Resin is divided in three families:

  • R and RS: rigid grades reinforced or non reinforces
  • LE: semi flexible grade plasticized or non plasticized
  • LT: flexible grades

Each family covers a wide viscosity range that makes Orgalloy® Resin readily melt processed by:

  • Tube extrusion
  • Blow film
  • Cable sheathing
  • Blow extrusion
  • Injection Molding

APPLICATIONS

Orgalloy® Resin applications include:

  • Injection-molded parts
  • Extrusion blow-molded parts
  • Barrier films
  • Pipes
  • Cable sheathing
