Electrostatic Spraying

Main advantages of the process:

  • High degree of application flexibility
  • Close thickness control tolerances for thin coatings
  • Possible re-use of over-spray
  • Process can be fully automated
  • Rapid post application fusion (lower heating temperature than with fluidisation)
  • Masking and selective coating possible
  • Smaller inventories of powder are required by the coater


Fluidized Bed

Main advantages of the process:

  • Coating of parts with complex geometry with uniform coating thickness
  • External and internal coating in a single operation
  • Highly flexible in terms of part dimension
  • No need of post-curing
  • High production rates
  • Limited powder waste


Hot/Flock Spraying

Main advantages of the process:

  • No limitation in term of part dimension and geometry
  • Good flexibility
  • Low investment in equipment
  • No need of post-curing

Mini / Maxicoating

Main advantages of the process:

  • Fast and easy coating of small parts in large numbers
  • Limited handling of piece
