The most commonly used derivative of hydrazine hydrate in the world, Azobul^® (azodicarbonamide) is a blowing agent that comes in the form of a yellow powder. Its various grades are used in applications as diverse as the industrial manufacturing of:

• Shoe soles (PVC or EVA for sport shoes),
• Wallpaper (expanded vinyl),
• Carpet pads,
• Polyolefines (telephone cables and electrical wires).

The inclusion of additives gives Azobul^® special characteristics which are perfectly suitable to applications such as:

• Wall covering, floor covering, synthetic leather, coated fabrics, backing materials, automobile parts (seat covers) and rubber gaskets (with improved self-dispersing properties in grades F1/TF1),
• The production of specific polyolefines (grades K3 and K12).
