SBR 0.4-1.0 0.7-1.5

0.7-1.2

0.8-1.8 0.7-1.6

The selection of the right peroxide will depend on various parameters.

Key:
LDPE Low density polyethylene
HDPE High density polyethylene
EVA Ethyl-Vinyl acetate
EPM/EPDM Ethylene-propylene monomers
CM Chlorinated polyethylene
Q Silicon rubbers
NBR Butadiene acrylonitrile rubber
SBR Styrene butadiene rubber

By Temperature:
Suggested maximum compounding temperature

The suggested maximum compounding temperature is the temperature at which the scorch time (ts05) is equal to 5 minutes. If this temperature is exceeded during compounding the peroxide can decompose and lead to undesired crosslinking or side reactions.
